A Reiki session includes hands on healing that balances chakras and calms the mind, body and soul. Not only can it be a spiritual experience, it can also help bring healing to the physical body. The practioner will gently lay hands on specific points around my clients body in order channel white light healing energy where it’s needed. Reiki brings energy flow back to the body and removes any blockages. Clients often are relieved of pain, anxiety, depression and vibrating high!
Kundalini Reiki energy is incorporated in all my Reiki sessions which gives more power and strength to the session.
