As a small business and one-woman practice, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Reserving your appointment may mean turning away other clients or declining permanent jewelry parties, private events, and vendor opportunities. Thank you for respecting my time and the commitment I make to each client.

Healing Services

All healing services are final sale and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. While payments are non-refundable, if you cancel before your scheduled appointment, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future healing service. Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of your original appointment.

No-shows and appointments canceled after the scheduled appointment time are not eligible for refunds or credit.

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry services are final sale.

Each piece is custom-fitted and welded specifically for you; therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once your jewelry has been welded.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me before your scheduled appointment. Payments may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment for up to 90 days.

Permanent Jewelry Repair Policy

I stand behind the quality of my welds and offer a 7-day weld guarantee.

If your weld comes apart within 7 days of your appointment due to a weld failure, I will re-weld it free of charge.

After 7 days, re-welding services are available for a $25 re-welding fee.

If replacement chain, charms, or connectors are needed due to loss or damage, additional material charges will apply.

Emergency Removal

If you ever need to remove your permanent jewelry for a medical procedure, MRI, surgery, or any other emergency, simply use wire cutters to cut only the jump ring. This will keep your bracelet or anklet intact, making it easy to have it re-welded at a later date.

Handmade Crystal Jewelry

Each piece of handmade crystal jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted with care.

Because these pieces are handmade and one of a kind, all handmade crystal jewelry sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping.

Acknowledgment of Risk

By receiving permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge and accept that:

Permanent jewelry welding involves inherent risks, including minor burns, skin irritation, allergic reactions, and possible damage or loss of jewelry.

You are responsible for informing me of any metal allergies or medical conditions before your appointment.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with wearing permanent jewelry.

I am not responsible for damage caused by normal wear, accidental snagging, stretching, breakage, or loss after your appointment.

I am not responsible for damage to clothing or personal belongings that may occur during the welding process.

Customer Responsibility

You agree to properly care for your jewelry and keep the area clean. If you experience persistent irritation, swelling, or signs of infection, remove the jewelry if necessary and seek appropriate medical advice.

Agreement

By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy and any liability waiver presented at your appointment.
